Student schedules for 2020-2021 update

Regarding student schedules for 2020-2021 School Year:
In a typical year the Counseling Office strives to send home student schedules as quickly as possible over the summer.  However, we all know this is not a typical year.  Across the Commonwealth, superintendents and administrators are working with the Department of Education to make plans for a healthy and safe return to school.  The SWHS Counseling Office has determined it is only prudent to wait for these final plans to be in place prior to releasing individual student schedules.
At this time, we expect to be able to release individual schedules in early August.  At that time we will also announce updated procedures for requesting schedule changes.  Please continue to periodically check your school email for updates and information.  When student schedules are available, you will need your Sapphire login information to access them, so please retain your Sapphire username/password/PIN.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.  We wish you a healthy and safe summer!

2017-2018 Course Schedules

2017-2018 Course schedules – Course schedules for next year will be mailed in the last week of June or first week of July.  Most classes are already full next year and therefore schedule changes will be extremely limited.

Counselor Summer hours – Remember that the high school counselors have limited office hours in the summer.   Should you need to contact a counselor, please expect a longer response time for email and voicemail communications.  If you wish to schedule face to face appointments, please plan to do so several weeks in advance.
